OPPORTUNITY
We're expanding our B2B sales team and seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify leads and book consultations. If you're a driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, join us and grow with a company that genuinely values performance and results.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads to qualify potential clients.
- Set up high-quality sales appointments for our consultants.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to ensure engagement.
- Maintain a high volume of calls daily while keeping a strong conversion rate.
- Document all call outcomes and prospect details in our CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize appointment booking strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (Impeccable verbal & written communication skills).
- Prior SDR, cold calling, or sales experience preferred but not required (we provide full training).
- Confidence & resilience to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance goals.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Experience in home painting or marketing sales is a plus but not required.
